Disgusting area.

Its location is perfect and exceptionally nice, just walking distance from Central Department Store. The rooms are beautifully maintained and functional with a lounge area and a kettle. Patient and caring staff, the breakfasts are rich at Ginger.

Strategic and best possible setting in the really great area, right by Hatyai shopping and night life as well as the main attractions within town. Extensive and varied breakfast at Ginger and with good food available.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Its rooms are nice and bright with incl microwave and better selection of breakfast choices, as example.

Friendliness of the staff. Functional room, exceptionally comfortable beds and marble bathroom. Excellent services, the free parking was available onsite.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a prime location near the city center. This place is situated on top of a bustling commercial area, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service and the option to hire a car through the hotel. our stay here was comfortable and enjoyable.

Wonderful place with excellent staff at the reception desk, liked it. The location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from Gimyong Market.

Comfy bed. Great bathroom. Huge room. Great view. Quality linen and amenities. Very friendly and talkative bell boys and lift attendants and security. Staff upon check out were much nicer than check in.

Woeful wifi internet connections and I can't believe you have to pay for it especially in a reputable Hotel chain. Very rude reception staff upon check in. Barely acknowledged me. Left me standing at reception for ages without uttering a word to me about what they were doing, I guess they couldn't find my booking, but who knows. Took a deposit on my card without advising me. Why would they not say something? They already have my card details as I booked through Booked.net why take a deposit and then not say anything, it is almost fraudulent.

The lobby is very privacy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Since there are many muslims visitors around, your hotel shld consider putting up a halal menu for them. Thnx

I recently stayed at Centara Hotel for a few days during my trip to explore the city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to food and shopping options. I loved that it was connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient to explore and find things I needed. The hotel was also noticeably clean and well-maintained, surpassing my expectations. The staff at Centara were exceptional, especially the bald bellboy who provided attentive service with a warm smile. The receptionists were efficient and fluent in English, making the check-in and check-out process quick and hassle-free. The housekeeping staff were also great, respecting our preference to preserve resources by not changing towels daily. The room dining staff were amazing too, accommodating our requests to the best of their abilities. The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options comparable to 5-star standards. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return if I visit again.

Best location surrounded with local food shop, department store, convenience store.

No sign / information letter to inform the guest that there will be painted at night on the underground floor. Very strong smell of the painting color spread into the guest room 0400 hrs. In the morning !!! Strong till we woke up and cannot continue our sleep anymore. You should do it during day time. No apologize from the reception when we informed this. More training need to the front office staffs.
